📦 When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.
It then takes between 5 and 7 business days for your item to arrive at your home.
During peak periods, shipping may take up to 6 days.
We only deliver to home addresses (no relay points).
📬 My order is incomplete
Some of our products come from different warehouses, so it is possible that you may receive your order in multiple packages.
Our average delivery times are 5 to 7 business days, but some packages may take a little longer.
🔁 If you do not receive your order within 35 business days, we will refund you in full — and you can keep the product when it arrives.
