Shipping and Returns Policy
DELIVERY COSTS:
- All orders placed on our website have a fixed cost of €4.90.
- For purchases of €50 or more, delivery is free.
- Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information on the payment page.
All our orders are shipped with a tracking number provided by our partners: La Poste Colissimo, ColiColi or Colis Privé.

PROCESSING TIMES:
Our processing times are 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of your order.
DELIVERY TIMES:
All our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days once processed.
MISSING ITEM:
If your order or part of your order has not been delivered, please wait an additional 24 to 48 hours. After this period, contact us by email at: contact@monbebecute.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
At Mon Bébé Cute, we make every effort to describe our products in detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@monbebecute.com.
Any cancellation request cannot be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address. If you notice an error, please contact us quickly. Modification is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for undeliverable, refused, or incorrectly addressed packages. In case of return to sender, we can either process a refund (minus shipping costs) or reship the order at your expense.
No refund or reshipment will be made until the package has been returned to us.
RETURN POLICY:
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return, regardless of the reason (dissatisfaction, change of mind...).
Please fill out the return form and attach it to your package. The return address will be provided after contacting our support service.
